Before I ever held a notary stamp, I spent over six years in education — classrooms, lesson plans, and the real work of meeting students where they are. I earned my Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and that training shapes everything I do: it taught me that real progress starts with listening, then building a system that fits the person in front of you.
Whether I'm walking a borrower through a complex loan signing, meeting a client at a correctional facility with patience and discretion, or sitting beside a middle schooler as they figure out how to actually use a planner — the same instinct drives me: I love helping people move forward. I believe diligence and warmth aren't opposites; they are the two sides of trustworthy service.
